Freddy comes to us from the mixed marital arts world. He is the Fitness Editor for Tapout and MMA Worldwide Magazines. He is the co-owner of the CSW Worldwide Training Center with Erik Paulson, where many of the world’s top fighters are trained. Fighters such as Brock Lenser, Josh Barnett, James Wilks, Sean Sherk and James Vasquez just to name a few. Freddy also brings a vast amount of knowledge to the table from his experience in football and hockey. His strength training techniques are revolutionary as Freddy incorporated linear training along with functional modalities in a very creative manner. If that is not enough, Freddy works exclusively with CNP Nutrition in order to develop scientifically engineered foods for competitive athletes. Working with Ftreddy incorporates nutrition, training, and a positive lifestyle change/ His philosophy is “you can’t run a Ferrari on pump gas!“ He will make you “bigger, faster, stronger!”

Randy played 13 years in the National Hockey League with 4 different teams (Boston Bruins, Washington Capitals, LA Kings and the Buffalo Sabres). Over his career he made 2 trips to the Stanley Cup Finals with the Boston Bruins, 1 NHL All-Star Appearance with the Washington Capitals and earned several individual awards. With the Bruins, he was a two time winner of the Seventh Player Award (performing above and beyond expectations) and also won the Elizabeth C. Dufresne Trophy as the Bruins’ home MVP. In Buffalo, Randy earned the Tim Horton Memorial Award ( Unsung Hero) as well as the Punch Imlach Memorial Award for Dedication and Leadership. Randy had an illustrious career playing with some of the greatest players in the NHL such as Wayne Gretzky, Jari Kurri, Ray Bourque, Cam Neely, Dale Hunter and Pat LaFontaine to name a few. He played 706 games, scoring 199 goals, 251 assists for a total of 450 points.
A skilled offensive centreman, Jean-Francois Jomphe was a successful junior, minor pro and international player. In the late 1990′s he emerged as a solid NHL role player whose speed and quickness were an asset to his team.
J.F was a good defensive defenseman who could also contribute offensively at time. After 4 years of junior major and junior A, J.F turn pro in 1999 and went on to play for the next 8 years before retiring and moving to southern california where he played for the Long beach Ice Dogs. He was name (best defensive defenseman) at 2 occasions in the 8 years he suited up. The best moment of his career was when he help the Memphis Riverkings winning the President cup in 2001-2002.
